• Procedures’ Certification

  Pre-audit (optional): preliminary check to analyze any main gap;
  Phase 1: verification of the documentation of the management system (in particular of the quality manual) and of the state of implementation against the applicable regulatory requirements;
  Phase 2: completion of the verification of the implementation of the management system and closure of any non-conformities that emerged in phase 1;
  Issue of the certificate: at the conclusion of phase 2, if all the assessments carried out have given a favorable outcome, the initial certificate of the quality management system is issued, with a three-year duration;
  Control visits: periodic visits during the 3 years of validity of the certificate in order to guarantee the compliance of the system with the reference standards.
